How can I convince my parents to let me have a soft air gun?

Hello my name is Curtis i am 16. I love the soft air and ultimately I've been gaining a little weight but when I air i Play Soft has started to lose weight and was in shape and makes me very happy. My parents are against me with a gun Soft air, but when I play with my friends that I always use eye protection and have tried every weapon I held as if it were real. I have taken the safety course hunters and adopted far and own guns. I have a job and started driving. Could not keep my room clean, but ii like to consider my own what some, but mature when the weather requires. I literally do anything to have a soft air gun to my account and play the sport you love, but my parents do not understand important it is for me How can I reach them this is not a toy or game in the eyes and is a sport that I like. !!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 12 and had my first soft air gun when he was 9. My older brother has one and I went to my mom and asked her, of course she said no! But I said it was not dangerous (which obviously is) and told him that I always wear safety glasses (not me, but she has not noticed) also can shoot, 16 am dont'ya common mother think im responsible enough to have a toy gun? I have a real, so soft air gun should make you happy instead of a REAL gun!
