Does anyone know of a good air purifier to inhale the cigarette smoke and is not strong or expensive?

I am looking for a good air purifier that suck cigarette smoke in the air. I do not want to spend too much though. I have one already that I use in the bedroom, a HEPA air purifier GE. I'm not even sure make these ever since I bought several years ago. I love it, but strong. I'm hoping to get one for the living room, but my husband will not accept it if it is strong, so I really need some advice as to which one to get.
