• Acne rosacea can be similar to acne vulgaris and is visible in the patches.
• Severe forms of acne include acne conglobata (large lesions) and Pyoderma Faciale (severe facial acne afflicting women only.

Prevention

• Eat healthy. Include fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes and antioxidants in your diet.
• Keep it clean. Use a natural antibiotic,-oily face wash / body wash. Those that contain tea tree oil are a good choice. Do not rub your face, can irritate the skin. The purpose of washing to remove dirt and oil from pores.
• For constipation, treat immediately.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Avoid chocolate, fried foods and refined sugar.

• Wash your face with warm salt water. This will get rid of oil and dirt without irritating the acne.
