Can someone please tell me where I can find for this problem?

I live in a multistory building on the ground floor. My upstairs neighbor smokes in a windowless bathroom, then use your bathroom fan to filter the smoke of her apartment. Here lies the problem. Your cigarette smoke ends in my bathroom. I feel very bad and sometimes you can see the smoke. I have asthma. I had to buy an air purifier for use in my own bathroom. I brush my teeth in the kitchen sink because of the stench. I'll have to buy surgical masks to use my own bathroom. I had 3 asthma attacks in the last week. I use a rescue inhaler to help asthma attacks. I have not had to use the inhaler since June, during allergy season. I am disgusted and ready to use my statement tax in February to leave. I tried talking to the police and the homeowner with no results. Any suggestions?

If your community does not have laws to protect to smoke from their neighbors and the landlord refuses to correct the problem of motion may be your only option. It is possible that health department in the community can have a some regulation that the police do not know. Apart from that I just luck finding a better place to live.
