Filter Odor Eliminator

The best odor remover in the kitchen???

I have a new home, but my start in the kitchen doesn't work and I hope it would. The vent inhale the smoke / oil filter and back out "less fat" (not think it works at all) … Whenever I cook the smell and the oil would be stuck in my cupboards … I tried to cover with the air freshener / odor things … but I prefer to remove then covering it. What are some things I can do to eliminate these Cooking odors, or if there are any out there that good products? opened the window, but sometimes it just gets so cold! PLEASE HELP ME!

Three things: 1) sample the cuisine at a lower temperature so they are not doing much smoke. That means no fried food probably is not really good for you anyway. 2) While cooking, cut a little lemon juice and make simmer while you are cooking. That should put a nice scent in the air. 3) white vinegar normal should reduce the smell out of the closet. Use the full strength or diluted 1:1 with water and wipe down the cabinets. This should eliminate the odor. Another thought – you can get the builder or developer to see if there is a defect, if the facility or in the vent itself? Maybe not installed correctly.
