What to do to help my male rat recovered from allergies?

I am suspecting that my man of 3 months have allergies, because since I brought him home, has been sneezing, but no porphyrin. I also have 3 girls and have also been sneezing, but not as Jacob the man. I've been thinking green leafy vegetables, keeping the air relatively dry, but not too dry and feeding him echinacea (sp?). I recently cleaned my de-humidifier, because it was dusty and I suspected he was blowing dust in the air and put my air purifier. Please, is there anything else I can do to help you recover?

Sneezing is a symptom of the disease of the upper airways in rats. It is also a very normal reaction airborne irritants, dust, the wrong type of bedding (cedar or pine).
