Does anyone have any cheap way to improve someone with severe allergies?

I have a sore throat drainage and I have had for months. I've been to the doctor now with a sinus infection every month since the beginning of this year. I've been taking Claritin, using saline irrigation netipot everyday, been taking deconex prescribed (Mucinex but better), and I have an air purifier ionic breeze in my room I just bought and it seems to help. However, I can not seem to get rid of drain every morning and my sore throat. Before my amp allergy medicine or go to a specialist, can anyone recommend some inexpensive solutions Help? My dad has been to a specialist before and recommended I drink coffee every day. tried that for a while but did not help I do not think. I do not smoke and I have some known allergy to food or medicine or grass or anything. I also spend very little time outside anyway. Thanks in advance!

First, it is possible no allergies at all. You may have a problem like a deviated septum, or vasomotor rhinitis (which means a constant runny nose, but not allergic). I do not know what kind of tests your doctor ran a show that is really your breasts, either. It could even be acid reflux that can give you a sore throat without stop and nasal secretion of all that stomach acid backing up into the throat. If you are determined to try one more thing, try this – Do not eat anything for a couple of hours before bedtime. Take an antacid before bedtime and try to sleep on 2 pillows. If that improves things a lot, tell your doctor so you can deal with this problem. But no matter what, a visit to an ear, nose and throat specialist would be a good first stop, because they can check for any other problems such as sinusitis and allergies. And you can look down your throat to see if you've got below irritation that can mess things. You have already done almost all "cheap" medicines you are taking are good, and the filter is a great idea. But since none of them have worked really, it's probably time to see that.
