What is a suitable air purifier for a cubicle?

My boyfriend works for a large aircraft manufacturing company and is often miserable owing to their cube. He is looking for some kind of fan or an ionizer that is very small (like the desktop size), quiet and preferably energy drained from the computer. You are not allowed to drink in the size of a regular fan (such as a fan of tower) and you need something super small. I saw the Day-Timer ionic air flow fan with the clock on Amazon.com, but after searching the Internet, I could not find any real review of the product. Does anyone has used something that you recommend?

Kim: Do not let losing your hard earned money on that piece of junk. Also, if air quality is poor, ionizer and will not work because it does not get rid of the particles, causing them to become heavy and fall. Because they produce ozone as a byproduct, not a good idea to run one in such a small area like a cubicle. The problem faced is that to clean the air, must be able to move … and in order to move it you have to have an engine very good fans. Even a small area you want something that moves at least 200 CFM, especially if the area has high ceilings. Remember that when cleaning the air, cleaning is cubic feet, not square feet (which are cleaning the air volume, air not only on the ground) I would recommend the small air Austin HealthMate Junior, because it will move enough air to clean a cubicle … but do not fit on the desktop. But nothing ….. that fits on the desktop is not going to work … and if it fails, then it has no value … no matter how much or how little it costs, I'm like a link to an article that tells you how to evaluate the many types of filters from there, how to choose the most appropriate depending on the size of the area (which even includes the formula for the calculation) and what to delete. Also I'll put a link to the HealthMate Junior if you want to check. I'm sure if you talk to your human resources department and has a doctor's note, the type or size the machine will not be a problem …. but you should speak with human resources.
