jml air purifier globe

I have an air purifier and mortar world JML has accumulated in the plastic mouthpiece that is in the water?

Does anyone know how to get the nozzle I can not clean it because it is not in the instructions. I emailed JML and they told me what to do but does not work. Has anyone had this problem and in fact outside the nozzle for cleaning.

I remove the lime and muriatic acid (which is diluted hydrochloric acid). I use gloves rubber to protect my skin from the acid. Do not breathe vapors, as they are the chlorine gas and lung tissue damage. Muriatic acid can be purchased at hardware stores sells pool supplies. I do not know if the tube has to be removed to apply muriatic acid and do not know what an air purifier world seems JML.
