Oreck customer service to treat someone?

Has anyone else dealt with the Oreck customer service? I bought 2 air purifiers a couple of years left behind a way of working in low or silent. There is a 3 year warranty on them, so I called customer service department and was suspended for 15 minutes before a woman who finally told me I would have to mail me a form to fill out to send me the drive to repair. The repair center more nearby is an hour from me. I called customer service howcome only open 9 to 5 and still can order 24 / 7. I said "I'm sure you do not expect 15 minutes to place an order. "She did not have much to say, of course. Has been a week I'm still waiting for the form to get in the mail. Simply pathetic. He also made clear to her that my plans to buy an Oreck vacuum were a thing of the past. I think they make good products, but the company after your money do not care. Anyone else with stories about Oreck I like to hear.

One of the most customer-oriented service companies that have had the pleasure of treat. Super helpful, courteous, fast, and productive. It surprises me in touch with them being so irresponsible. I call back and ask to speak with a supervisor. If this is not satisfactory ask the supervisor to contact your supervisor. Work your way up the ladder until you've had your day.
